Refund policy

We offer exchanges in case of sizing issues. A nominal shipping fee of ₹150 applies (covers both pickup & delivery).

For returns, a credit note will be issued once we receive and verify the item. Please ensure that all tags are intact, as returns without tags will not be accepted.

All returned items go through a quality check, and exchanges are dispatched only after the item passes this inspection.

Exchange window period is 5 days.
